A single finger scratches a head,
Concealed within a nest of hair,
Hair falls out of hats,
Fingers raise telephones to ears,
Mouths move,
Fingers poking,
Knuckles buried deep in pockets wait obediently

Fingers select postcards,
Scratch noses,
Fingers held up in curious signs where nobody can see,
