REDCAR :
A man turns his life around,
A man throws it all away,
A man stares long in the mirror

REDCAR :
A man turns his life around,
A man throws it all away,
A man stares long in the mirror

THE GARDEN OF EDEN:
The dance goes on for a week without sleeping,
A famous woman appears,
She used to be an American TV detective,
Now she’s in a British soap
(K)

LEARNING THE ROPES:
The telephone is ringing,
Someone is unhappy,
The door is locked,
So,
Whatever,
The woman returns,
To lure the man dressed in Green,
To dance in Black & White
(Listening to Moon Relay – ‘IMI’)
(K)

BONES & THE COLOUR BLUE:
The man is on the phone,
The man is dressed in Green,
The woman tries to pick him up,
The karaoke is in the corner
(K)

HIDDEN WIRES:
Show me an opening,
Tweak the brand,
Into a season,
It’s in the pipeline,
The legacy,
Fresh eyes,
Hit the ground,
Identity,
We’ve got big boards,
Totally out there,
Tests,
It looks a bit random,
But it’s going to be quite cool
(K)

WINDOW NO LONGER IN USE:
I want a re-brand,
Tighten up a few elements,
List my lifestyle,
It’s not quite right at the minute
(K)

PAPER TURTLE:
Whispers,
Breaths,
Tiny sounds,
Lights,
Writing on walls
Acrobats,
Landscape gardeners,
Explorers,
Star constellations
(K)

SKY WRITING:
He was climbing the hill,
At the back of the supermarket,
Heading for the bus stop,
Like the miners I used to watch going to work with my Granddad,
Burlap bags strung over their shoulders,
And bottles of cold Black sweet tea
(K)

NATURAL WORLD:
Today,
I saw Superman walking to work,
He had his jacket on,
Work boots,
And a duffle bag over his shoulder
(K)

A KISS:
The exclamation mark makes the woman sigh,
He’s bringing her down,
To the place she doesn’t want to be,
So she stops listening,
Stares through him to the horizon,
Where the man is still standing,
Not moving,
No longer a tiny sculpture,
He’s transformed himself into a tree,
Covered in lights,
She smiles
