Saturday 28th October

HAVE YOU MISSED ME? HAVE YOU MISSED ME?:

Speak up,
The mumbler rides
The morning passenger,
The next one’s gone,

Profound silence,
Headphones,
Playlist,
Shutting the world out,

No man,
No man,
Gold bang around the finger,
Did you get one?

No up,
No down,
The sell-by date,
Freaky slow-motion woman,

Bounce,
Whistling sun,
That’s fine application

Friday 27th October

LEOPARD WOMAN:

Really,
Really,
Really lovely shoes,
How are you for cash?

Happy fire dog did you see me?
Lion-face chimney-house,
Toad-glove,

Thirty,
Thirty one,
The house,
The fixer-up,
Delete the glass,

Pies,
Funicular painted doors,
Landfill sofas,
We are the hippies waving in the window

Thursday 26th October

DELICATELY PLACED:

You’re so hot,
You stole my place,
Opening up in a Red hairband & camouflage,
Rolled up in an alley,
Covered in honey,
Everything about you is hope,

Radiant light,
Life on wheels,
Delivered,
We travel so far,
Fetch the cleaning

(Last night loved watching FRANTIC IGNITION – inspiring)

Tuesday 24th October

CLARE SAID TO JIM:

The rest will pay the rest,
Just be in charge,

Sympathy,
The last day,
Passive aggressive ridicule,
All the way to the bottom,

Charlie said he screamed,
He didn’t call him,
He looked at the screen,
He might be off for three weeks,

He might take him to football,
He just wants his dad,
A gentle hand,
Yeah,
All the way

Sunday 22nd October

TOUCHING THE SUN FOR CURVES:

Brown sauce on the side,
Salty sweet,
Are you worth it?

You’re meant to move your arms when you walk you muppet!
What you thinking?
Looking like a giant in dark glasses,

This is not Manhattan,
It’s Essex,
The stripes are on the inside,

Who left the door open?
It’s freezing!

Thursday 19th October

DISTINCTLY PRECINCT:

A carousel turns but the music is too quiet,
A young mother smiles at her young child,
Riding a plastic pony,
A skinny girl walks fast with a cardboard coffee,
Pale skin accessory,
A thin Blue rinse passes the flower stall,
Any bunch for a quid,
Henry Moore leaves statues in Bronze worth millions,
Defying poverty & hard times,
Alone on the precinct,
Between coffee & greeting card chains,
A half eaten pizza goes cold on a bench,
With no one around,
What’s that then?
