PRE-SUN BLUES:
The rain is loud on the roof. Hedgerows, stacked up in cut-out blues,
recede into distant fog. Cloud so low & thick it feels like the sun
hasn’t risen. Rivulets of rain water, dingle-berries dangle from
washing lines, abandoned clothes pegs underscore the sky.
Autumn wears a subdued expression, all it’s vibrant colours muted
in blue light.

Rain woke me at 5 a.m pounding the windows and black stuff. Did some meditation and cleansed the soul while the rain cleansed the Earth, magical. Set up for the clean up now all the builders have finished. Dust is my nemesis, I’m choking, wash it away for a new day.
I just watched the interview with Gilles Peterson on Sun Ra and feel the urge to keep you on track. 🙂 Just kidding…and wonder how it would feel to be in your company on days like this.
We call this weather dreichit where I live…and indeed it is…barely got light today :-/…
