I have no idea except I don’t do that. My American friends say that the English when they answer a question always end the answer in a question. I’ve noticed we do that don’t we? 😉 Love the bones of this building.
I imagine the same folks who preface explanations with ‘yeah, no, I..err..’ And finish with the dreaded, antipodian rising inflective, that questions both your understandings. Sorry,…I’ll carry on listening to the Home Service now.
