  1. A menu for success, what kind I’m not sure. I made Sausage rolls and an awesome Xmas cake. I do love to bake, the next thing are my daughters birthday cakes next month.

  2. We eat things like:
    black currant pickled herring,
    stuffed cabbage rolls (homemade),
    Jansson’s temptation (homemade)
and drink Unicum (Hungarian herbal liqueur with a red kross)
and red and white water that some one once transformed to wine
and lots of poppy seed cakes (homemade) that make you more fat than high 🙂

The highlight of the Christmas was the organ concert in our big Cathedral in Uppsala.
With less than 100 other in that big church it felt almost like I was there alone with an organ and Andrew Canning playing Messiaen – La Nativité du Seigneur.
Some tones in Les Enfants de Dieu reminded me of Underworld – I’m a Big Sister, and I’m a Girl, and I’m a Princess, and This Is My Horse.

And now time to burn off some calories………let´s dance until we get …High
